2023 VIX Chardonnay – SLO Coast

This is just the second Chardonnay I’ve ever produced—and it absolutely delivers.
A thoughtful blend of 50% partial malolactic fermentation and 50% stainless steel aging creates a wine with both richness and precision.
Expect vibrant tropical notes, layered texture, and refreshing acidity that keeps you coming back for more.

2021 VIX Carignan
$35 per bottle | Only 56 cases produced
Aged for an impressive 54 months in 50% new and 50% once-used French oak, this wine showcases the depth and character of old vine Carignan.
Beautifully balanced with bright acidity and dark berry intensity, this is a versatile red that shines alongside:

2022 VIX “Nailed It” Red Blend

Blend: 35% Carignan, 32% Mourvèdre, 29% Tempranillo, 4% Graciano
A bold evolution from our inaugural release, this vintage truly lives up to its name.
